FISH BOWL

This is a technique I learnt at the boot camp....its an amazing brainstorming method where four people sit at a table surrounded by the other members, each gives their view to the problem at hand...once they are done speaking they get up and somebody else replaces them...and so it goes on until all people have put across their views.
