Song of the week

Paap: Laage tumse mann ki lagan
Somehow listening to this song, evoked a sense of intense sadness in me. An emotion I am not very used to. Superlative.

To know oneself, one must be acquainted, intimately, with all of he emotions one possesses. Sadness is one of the most profound of all emotions, and it is only through understanding it that one can hope to master it.

Daring to allow oneself to feel the "gamut" (your word!) of one's emotions is courageous. Revel in this song, if it helps you to know yourself.
