Book I "read"

Attempted to read "Franny and Zooey" by J.D Salinger, one would have expected an author of Salinger's capability to do better, I ended up, throwing the book away in disgust.
regarding the book I would only like to quote W.S Gilbert from The Mikado
"Merely corroborative detail, to add artistic verisimilitude to an otherwise bald and unconvincing narrative"

Hey Apoorv for your previous post there is no option to write a comment. Anyways I will write the comment for it here... I a couple of days back, read a story of The Boscombe Valley Mystery where Sherlock Holmes solves the mystery in his typical style. They are good timepass. Espcially the literature used is British English and makes reading enjoyable.
